The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) for examinations up to August 30. Candidates appearing for the examination on August 27, 28, 29 and 30 can download their admit cards from ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Earlier, the agency had issued admit cards for the exams on August 21, 22 and 23. The exam scheduled for August 26 has been postponed to August 27 in view of Janmashtami celebrations. Admit cards for this postponed exam and for the exams on August 28, 29 and 30 can be downloaded from the exam website.

For the UGC NET exams on September 2, 3 and 4, the admit cards will be issued later. Candidates will have to download the admit card along with the undertaking letter after logging in with their application number and date of birth. The NTA has asked them to read the instructions on the admit cards carefully.

On the day of the test, you must bring a printed copy of the admit card (all pages) and a valid photo ID (original copy). A list of acceptable photo IDs is provided on the admit cards.

How to download UGC NET Admit Card 2024?

1. Open the NTA website – ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

2. Open the ticket download link.

3. Enter your application number, date of birth and the security PIN displayed.

4. Submit the details and download the admit card.

5. Make a printout for the exam day.

If a candidate faces any difficulty in downloading the admit card or there is any error in the details provided on the admit card, he/she may contact the National Testing Agency (NTA) by calling 011-40759000 or sending an email to [email protected].
