Conor McGregor has challenged UFC CEO Dana White! The Irishman has been out of the Octagon since 2021, but recently expressed his support for Danny McCormack to be signed by the promotion. The Irish MMA fighter has torn apart her competition with a ferocity reminiscent of McGregor’s own rise in the world of MMA.

McCormack trains at SBG (Straight Blast Gym) Ireland, the same place that made “The Notorious” a “champion of champions” in the UFC. Conor McGregor’s enthusiasm for McCormack is palpable, as he asked Dana White to bring her to the UFC and allow her to showcase her skills in the premier mixed martial arts organization in the world!

After I beat the Chinese girl first, I have another one in mind, and she has a gold belt. That’s my number 2. I’m not going to stop until I get that strawweight title fight, so give me a contract.”

Conor McGregor, who is not known for mincing his words, shared a video of McCormack’s post-fight interview on X and stated: “THIS IS A PROMO! I’m here right now to beat and maul the much bigger girl.” McGregor’s passion didn’t end there.

“The Immortal” believes McGregor could be “finished”

Despite the Irishman’s recent claims that he wants to fight in December, UFC boss Dana White has clarified that “At this point, I don’t think Conor will fight this year.”

Does this mean fans should stop waiting for McGregor? Matt Brown seems to believe so. In a recent episode of “The Fighter vs The Writer,” Brown shared that “I’ve been saying it for a long time now. How many years have I been saying it? He’s done. I don’t rule out that there’s a chance he’ll come back, but the chances of that are much smaller than the chances of him not fighting anymore. I think his chance of coming back is about 20 percent.”
