MVP race started! High-flyers are at the top

Year after year, the bookmakers around the NFL publish the betting odds every week. The MVP race is particularly interesting. ran has examined the listings and provides an overview.

The top 10 is made up of many well-known quarterback faces, some of whom have had a very good start to the season. After the last day of the game, Josh Allen greets from the top, he has replaced Patrick Mahomes.

Also new is high-flyer Sam Darnold, who appears in the top 10 for the first time. He started the season with a rating of 20,000 and is now at 2,790.

The numbers mentioned refer to the potential winnings in dollars that will be paid out if the player wins the MVP award and $100 is bet on it. With odds of 1,000, even if you bet $100 you would get $1,000.

In addition to numerous quarterbacks, there are also some skill position players and defense players in the race, although some are far from the top.

Saquon Barkley starts the ball carrier with a rating of 6,650, wide receiver Justin Jefferson is at 9,450. Rookie Jayden Daniels is the highest-rated newcomer, landing at 9,650 after good performances.

Sack machine TJ Watt is the first Defender in the lineup. The pass rusher has a rating of 15,750. Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown starts with a rating of 33,000.

You can also bet on some backups and currently injured players. Christian McCaffrey is at 35,000, Tua Tagovailoa is at 23,750.

First-round pick Michael Penix from the Falcons is ranked at 30,000, Sam Howell and Jameis Winston at 50,000 each, and Bryce Young at 72,000.

Jalen Ramsey (cornerback, Miami Dolphins), Jalen Carter (defensive tackles, Philadelphia Eagles) and Jaylen Warren (running back, Pittsburgh Steelers) have the highest rate. All three are at 100,000.
