Like many other freemailers, you can also use Outlook for free via your browser. If you have the Microsoft 365 office package, you have Outlook as a mail client available alongside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. This means you can also use the application on your desktop without any problems.

Even though the demands on the range of functions are already high due to freeware solutions such as Thunderbird, Outlook offers some interesting advantages. In addition to various additional management functions, Outlook offers, among other things, a comprehensive, automated reply function. The application is also optimized for collaboration with Microsoft Exchange.
