Alison accused her mother Patricia of sexual abuse when she was 10 years old in a summons filed with the new York Supreme Court in February, which was obtained at the time by Fox News Digital.

Alison claimed that her mother permitted and encouraged an unknown number of men to engage in sexual acts, including touching and first-degree sexual assault, and that she witnessed people engaging in sexual acts with adults and children.
