For Willits, it was the fastest-selling game he has ever received, and the result exceeded all expectations.</p> <h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-die-zukunft-mehr-geschichten-und-neue-ideen"><strong>The future – more stories and new ideas</strong></h2> <p>After this brilliant start, the question arises as to what the future holds for the <em>Space Marine</em>series is ready. According to Willits, the team is bursting with ideas. There are already concepts for possible expansions in the form of downloadable content or even for a full sequel. Although the team is taking a short break after the intensive months of development, the success of the game leaves no doubt that the creative minds will soon start on new projects.</p> <p>What is particularly exciting is that the <em>Warhammer 40,000</em>universe offers countless possibilities to continue the story. Willits spoke of the fascination of the many factions and orders that could still be discovered. Fans can also look forward to a variety of new content.
