New Delhi, Sept 24 (PTI) – Acclaimed filmmaker Mani Ratnam has completed the shooting of ‘Thug Life’, his upcoming film with superstar Kamal Haasan.

The veteran filmmaker and the actor reunite after 35 years for the Tamil star’s 234th feature film. They previously worked together on the critical hit “Nayakan” in 1987.

Haasan’s production company Raaj Kamal Films International shared the news of the completion of the film’s shoot in a post on social media platform X.

“Filming completed #Thuglife moves to the next phase @ikamalhaasan #ManiRatnam,” read the banner posted.

Thug Life will also star Silambarasan, Trisha Krishnan, Ashok Selvan, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Abhirami, Nassar, Joju George, Aishwarya Lekshmi and Vaiyapuri.
