UPSC CAPF AC 2024 provisional result announced; what’s next?

The Central Armed Police Forces Assistant Commandant (CAPF AC) exam results 2024 have been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today, September 24. Candidates can visit the official UPSC website upsc.gov.in to check their UPSC CAPF AC Result 2024. The commission said that after the personality test and release of the final results, the transcripts of all the candidates who were found ineligible would be published on its website.

The UPSC CAPF AC 2024 certificates will be available for 30 days.

The candidacies of these candidates are provisional until their full suitability is ascertained. As stated in the official press release, candidates will be required to submit valid certificates attesting to their details of age, educational background, community involvement, etc. at the time of the personality test.

The UPSC CAPF AC Result 2024 has been released by the Commission as a PDF file containing the registration numbers of the qualified candidates.

Detailed application form (DAF)

After passing the written examination, candidates have to register on the Commission’s website to complete the Detailed Online Application Form (DAF). Those who submit the DAF will be issued an admit card for the PST, PET and Medical Standards Test (MST).

UPSC CAPF AC

The objective of the UPSC recruitment drive is to fill 506 posts in the department, including 42 posts for Sashastra Seema Bal (SB), 58 posts for Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), 100 posts for Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), 120 posts for Border Security Force (BSF) and 100 posts for Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

Those who pass the written test move on to the next round, which consists of the Physical Standard Test (PST) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Those who pass both the PET and the PST are allowed to move on to the interview phase of the selection process.
