Offseason trouble for Brandon Aiyuk. Last place in the division. 1-2 after three games.

Many fans certainly imagined the San Francisco 49ers’ NFL season start to be different. One important piece that is missing is Christian McCaffrey.

His injury was apparently underestimated. At first it was said that the running back would only be out for a short time. It is now clear that the initial assessment was a misconception.

“CMC” is struggling with an Achilles tendon injury. The team’s latest decision shows how serious and complicated this is.

McCaffrey injury: Germany must help

After misjudgments and a longer than planned absence, a specialist from Germany is now to help the NFL superstar. Christian McCaffrey took on the rigors of the trip and is now in Germany for further examinations.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed the death after putting the RB on the Injured Reserved List about two weeks ago: “I’m not sure which doctor it is, I just know he’s going to see a specialist who can help him with the Achilles tendon problems. He’s doing that over the next few days and I hope it will help.”

According to reports, McCaffrey will be out for at least six games. The losing streak also shows how much he is missed. Jordan Mason has replaced him so far.

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel is also in danger of missing week four against the New England Patriots. Tight end George Kittle missed three weeks with a thigh injury. Defensive tackle Javon Hargrave is out for the entire season with a torn triceps. Quarterback Brock Purdy is also complaining of back pain.
