KCET 2024 mock seat allocation result announced for second round, here’s how to check it

KCET 2024: Candidates who have not submitted options so far can do so by August 27 to select colleges and courses for seat allocation in the first round.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the second paper result for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024 entrance examination on August 25. Candidates who have registered for the counselling can check and download the test result from the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.

The KCET first round seat allocation result will be announced on September 1. Candidates can edit and change their options as per their preference until tomorrow, August 27.

The processing time for selection allows candidates to finalise their preferences before the results of seat allocation in Round 1 of KCET 2024. Moreover, candidates who have not submitted options so far can do so until August 27 to select colleges and courses for seat allocation in the first round.

KCET Counselling 2024 Second Mock Allotment Result: How to Check

Step 1: Go to the official website of KEA, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the link to the simulated seat allocation result.

Step 3: Enter your login details, i.e. registration number and date of birth.

Step 4: After submission, the second paper allotment result for KCET Counselling 2024 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download the result and save a copy for later use.

KCET Counselling 2024 Required Documents

Applicants are required to submit the following documents during the KCET 2024 counselling process:

— KCET 2024 Application Form

— KCET 2024 Admit Card

— 2nd PUC or 12th grade scorecard

— SSLC or Class 10 scorecard

— Proof of payment of the registration fee

— Study certificate, countersigned by the relevant BEO or DDPI

— Kannada Medium Certificate

— Caste Income Certificate

— Income certificate

— Certificate in Rural Studies

The Karnataka CET exam is conducted by the KEA for students who wish to enroll in courses like engineering, architecture, yoga, naturopathy and BPharm. The board announced the first mock allotment result on August 10 and allows the candidates to add, change, reorder or delete their options till August 11 at 11:59 pm. This year, the Karnataka Common Entrance Test was conducted on April 18 and 19 in two shifts i.e. 10:30 am to 11:50 am and 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm.
