CATS announces service changes on Labor Day

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – All Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) bus, rail and STS paratransit services will operate on Saturday schedules on Monday, September 2, in observance of Labor Day.

CATS said the CATS call center, lost and found, pass sales and information office at the Charlotte Transportation Center will be closed on September 2 and will reopen with regular hours on September 3.

Additionally, CATS will offer shuttle service from Cornelius Park and Ride to Ramsey Creek Park Beach on Lake Norman from Saturday, August 31 through Monday, September 2. The first ride departs at 11 a.m. from Cornelius Park and Ride and the last ride departs at approximately 6:12 p.m. from Ramsey Creek Park Beach each day.
