Tony Wied accepts Dr Lyerly’s invitation to the debate

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Tony Wied, the Republican candidate for Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional District, has accepted a debate invitation from Democratic candidate Dr. Kristin Lyerly.

“Working families across Northeast Wisconsin are concerned about the rising cost of living, reproductive freedoms and public safety, and they have a right to know what their next member of Congress will do about it,” said Dr. Kristin Lyerly.

Wied’s campaign manager Aidan Strongreen accepted the invitation.

“Tony is happy to debate and looks forward to hearing his opponent defend her radical support for Democrats’ open borders, out-of-control spending and the rest of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ extreme agenda that has left Wisconsin families worse off,” Strongreen said.
