Bison on Magdeburg Cathedral Square: rioters damage mascot

Magdeburg- During the night on Sunday, several people at the Cathedral Square in Magdeburg Rioted and caused damage.

On Sunday morning, many people in Magdeburg saw a strange sight. A life-sized bison was lying on the cathedral square.

It quickly became apparent that it was one of the sculptures from the nearby restaurant “Bralo House”.

According to the Magdeburg police station, several unknown perpetrators violently tore the figure from its anchorage and damaged it.

They then left the rigid animal a few meters from its original place in front of Magdeburg’s biggest landmark.

According to initial estimates, property damage was in the mid-four-digit range.
