Owner system refill after Globus exit

Chemnitz- After Globus-Out in Neefepark In Chemnitz and the planned takeover by Kaufland, the owner has spoken out. Jochen Stahl (58) announced that the vacant space in Neefepark will be filled. A financial injection is also intended to help with this.

“This was a decision that the management thought through carefully,” said Jochen Stahl, commenting on the Globus closure.

Neefepark currently has 5,000 square meters of vacant space – out of a total area of ​​30,000 square meters.

“We are currently talking to many companies,” explains Stahl. The goal is to have four new companies in Neefepark.

“We are currently talking to potential tenants so that in the end there will still be 264 square meters left,” said Stahl about vacant space in the complex.

An additional loan of an undisclosed amount was approved two weeks ago for the expansion and revitalization.

Lease contracts are to be signed this year and move-in is scheduled for 2025.
