Police investigate fatal shooting of 24-year-old man in South Baltimore

BALTIMORE – City police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man Saturday morning in South Baltimore.

According to a press release, officers were on patrol when they heard gunshots coming from the 1100 block of Marshall Street around 1:47 a.m.

Officers found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was subsequently transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where medical personnel pronounced him dead.
