She walks through her hotel lobby in a red glitter dirndl and then gets a ride to Oktoberfest. Her fans are definitely excited. “Wow, it looks really beautiful,” writes one Instagram user. “You are always beautiful and perfect,” reads a second comment. But this fan is not yet convinced by the result of the cosmetic surgery and writes: “Why does the nose look so glued on?” There is something very strange about it.”
