On Friday, September 20, We TV gave a first look at Mowry’s return to television with her brand new docuseries. Tia Mowry: My next appearanceIn the 11-minute teaser, viewers see the Sister, sister The 46-year-old star is adjusting to life after her divorce from ex-husband Cory Hardrict.

Mowry begins the clip in total mom mode, preparing her six-year-old daughter Cairo to drop her off at Hardrict.

<p>“It’s been about a year and a half since my divorce and I’m slowly learning who I am,” Mowry says in a confessional scene.</p>
<p>You and the <em>Divorce in the black</em> The 44-year-old actor was married from 2008 to 2023. In addition to Cairo, they also have a son, Cree, 13, who, according to Mowry, “didn’t feel comfortable” being in front of the camera.</p>
<p>“I was born with a twin,” she adds of her sister Tamera Mowry, also 46. “And right after that I started a 22-year relationship, so I’ve never been alone in my life.”</p>

<p>Once Tia is done putting Cairo together, they go to the car and drive to Hardrict’s house – which <em>The game</em> Star emotionally.</p>
<p>“I think one of the hardest things I had to get used to was dropping my kids off with their dad. I always wanted that family dynamic where there’s a mom and dad in one household,” a tearful Tia says in her confessional. “And when you drop your kids off, you actually see visually that that’s no longer the case.”</p>

<p>Later in the teaser, Tia, who admits she is not as close to her sister Tamera as she once was, meets with her friend Natasha Marc to talk about how their relationship is portrayed in the media.</p>
<p>After an open conversation with Marc about her “healing journey” <em>Twitching</em> Star comes to a realization.</p>
<p>“I feel like I’m vulnerable right now, but this is the first time I’ve really realized that I have a choice,” Tia continues in her confessional. “I have the choice to speak my mind. I have the choice to be myself. I have the choice to be happy.”</p>
<p>She starts to cry and adds, “Oh my God, I’m getting emotional. I didn’t realize before that I had a choice. I just didn’t have one.”</p>
