Top College Football Predictions for Week 4

One of the top college football picks Marshall recommends for Week 4: He’s backing No. 14 Oklahoma (+6.5) to face No. 6 Tennessee at home on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET. This was one of the biggest line movers in Week 4, as Oklahoma was a favorite by as much as 5 points in the lookahead lines. It’s made it all the way to Tennessee -6.5, and Marshall has spotted some key trends tipping in Oklahoma’s favor.

After a slow start at OU, head coach Brent Venables has now led the way in seven of the last nine home games. Tennessee also struggled to get going on the road last year, only taking the lead once in five opportunities. The Vols have dominated so far, but this is by far their biggest challenge in terms of opposing talent and hostile environment.

The total has now dropped from 61.5 to 57.5, and Marshall is happy with the Over value, as these teams have combined to average 97.4 points per game so far in 2024. See what other picks you can make here.
