Kroos honors two DFB stars and makes a bold prediction

Former DFB star Toni Kroos is convinced that Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz will shape the German national team in the coming years.

In his podcast Just Luppen The 34-year-old said of Musiala and Wirtz: “These are two players we have been longing for in Germany for years. Players who can turn a harmless situation into a dangerous one all by themselves. They will have to carry us in the next few years and win games. Both can play in tight spaces and set up goals, but also score goals themselves.”

The 114-time national player continued: “Both can create their own dangerous moves. They differ in nuances in terms of quality, but all at the highest level. Flo is a bit more straightforward, who keeps his head up in the final situation. For Jamal, a 1vs2 is like a 1vs1 for others.”

Kroos then became even clearer and said with a view to the next few years: “If Germany wants to win titles in the future, then it will always need good tournaments from Wirtz and Musiala in the coming years.”
