Jesse Ramien (ankle) has a chance of making a comeback; coach Craig Fitzgibbon has placed him on the extended reserve list after the centre missed the loss in Melbourne.

He will be given time to prove his fitness until shortly before the start of the match. Siosifa Talakai will probably return to the bench if Ramien proves his fitness.

Samoan winger Sione Katoa has suffered a hip injury, but Fitzgibbon has named him on the wing for the game against the Cowboys.

Katoa was fined $1,800 for a high tackle, while Braydon Trindall was also fined $1,000 for dangerous contact.
