Dazn threatens to withdraw from the Bundesliga

Streaming service Dazn is considering withdrawing from broadcasting the Bundesliga. The sports channel’s Germany boss, Alice Mascia, described “total withdrawal from the Bundesliga” as an option. However, because Germany is one of the most important markets for football broadcasting, this is not necessarily the goal.

The background to the threat is a legal dispute over the bidding competition for the broadcast of the Bundesliga. German hiker dies in avalanche accident

A German hiker who had been missing since Saturday has been found dead in the Austrian Alps. The 71-year-old from the district of Coburg was found in the Tyrolean Karwendel region after the search was resumed on Thursday, a police spokesman said. Two schoolgirls from NRW run over in Italian
