Argument leads to shooting in which a man is killed in a gas station parking lot in Kansas City

A man was killed in a shooting near a gas station east of Highway 71 on Thursday morning.

Shortly after midnight, officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2200 block of East 31st Street. They found a man with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a Shell Xpress Mart gas station.
