Similar functions already exist on platforms such as Strava. It works in such a way that after each training session you have to give feedback on how difficult you found the workout. The smartwatch determines this automatically, but you have the option to adjust it up or down. The fitness app on the iPhone will generally be more customizable.

watchOS 11 also introduces a new app called Vitals, which provides more information about the condition of your body. The Health app will structure the data better, and values outside your usual range will be highlighted. This has already helped you see if your body temperature has changed and you are about to get sick. Pregnant women will also receive improved information in the Health app.

The Smart Stack gets new widgets, including a translation widget. Check-in and live activities are also introduced. Developers can access the stack and the double-tap feature via an API.
