Supermarket trend “Dubai chocolate”: Save money and easily make it yourself

Dubai chocolate can be made from the following four ingredients:

• 300g dark chocolate coating
• 50g butter
• 100g Kadayif or also called angel hair
• 100g pistachio cream

To prepare the chocolate, put 200g of the chocolate coating in a water bath and let it melt. When the mixture is liquid, add the rest of the chocolate and stir until until it has completely melted. Then let the mixture rest for at least 10 minutes so that it can set.

Now it’s time for the filling. Take a non-stick pan and melt the butter. Then chop the angel hair into small pieces and fry it in the pan until it is lightly browned. Then stir in the pistachio cream and let the filling cool down.
