First names have been confirmed! These mega bands are coming

The first 15 names for the line-up of the twin festivals Hurricane and Southside from June 20 to 22, 2025 have been confirmed. According to the organizer, the festivals together bring around 140,000 music fans to Scheeßel and Neuhausen ob Eck every year, and more than 60,000 tickets were sold out just a few hours after advance sales began.

Also The Social Democratic Party of Germany (SDP) are eloquent, to a degree that takes them beyond known genre boundaries: With a great desire to be different, the two Berliners float through pop, rock, dance and hip hop, and so their ambiguous lyrics never become a trap door, at least for them. And even those who misunderstand the duo still get their money’s worth, because SDP has never taken itself or other people particularly seriously. This is how great things are created, and social criticism that you can dance along to.

Chuba’s voice definitely carries loud and quiet tones – and an unprecedented career that will provide many more great songs and goosebumps moments.

Also announced are Biffy Clyro: The Scots are one of the world’s leading voices in alternative and progressive rock, and the band have left no doubt in their rapid 30-year career that they want to keep pushing things forward. In front of the stage, you hear little of the musical, meticulous dramaturgy and technical finesse that is necessary for this music – because this great trio makes it all look so incredibly easy.
