Samey Samsung Galaxy S25 leaks in first renderings

A few days ago, the first leaked CAD-based renders of the Galaxy S25 Ultra surfaced, and today the “regular” Galaxy S25 was given exactly the same treatment.

The upcoming phone is expected to be slightly smaller than its predecessor in all dimensions. It will measure 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2mm, compared to 147 x 70.6 x 7.6mm.

The S25 will be quite similar in design to the S24, but it will have smaller bezels (if these renders are accurate) and rings for the cameras on the back. The flat sides are apparently here to stay – at least until Apple decides to introduce a new style for the frame and all Android manufacturers follow its example again.

The Galaxy S25 will be powered by either an Exynos chipset (most likely marketed as the Exynos 2500) or the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, we’ve heard conflicting reports on this. The SoC will be paired with 12GB of RAM, but storage options will still start at 128GB like last year. The battery capacity will also likely remain unchanged at 4,000mAh.

The official unveiling of the Galaxy S25 family is expected to take place in the week of January 13, according to the source of these renderings.
