According to the police, around 30 counter-demonstrators gathered at the Christopher Street Day (CSD) in Winsen (Harburg district) on Sunday afternoon. The CSD organizers said they shouted right-wing slogans and gave the Hitler salute. The police did not confirm this. According to the police, the CSD demonstration marched through the city with around 600 participants. To prevent the two groups from meeting, the police said they had around 100 officers on site. The officers accompanied the counter-demonstration to the train station and broke it up there. The police issued four expulsions and filed a complaint for attempted grievous bodily harm. The organizers were able to end the CSD demonstration as planned in the early evening.
