Diddy offers LA mansion for $61 million, nearly 6 months after federal raid

According to property records, Sean “Diddy” Combs has put his Holmby Hills mansion up for sale for $61.5 million.

Combs, 54, bought the massive estate in Los Angeles’ coveted billionaire neighborhood in 2014 for $39 million.

Sources told Fox News Digital that the sale of his 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate “has nothing to do with any civil litigation or investigation.”

Diddy offered his mansion in Holmby Hills for $61.5 million.

“Diddy set up his primary residence in Miami years ago and always planned to sell his LA home once his daughters grew up and moved out,” the source said. “His kids are out of the house and he spends most of his time in Florida. It has nothing to do with any civil litigation or investigation.”

The 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion was raided by Homeland Security officials in March.

The traditional house is equipped with a gourmet kitchen and wine cellar as well as a separate catering kitchen. A state-of-the-art theater can accommodate up to 35 people.

On the second level, the master suite has two bathrooms and large closets, and a gallery hallway leads to guest bedrooms and family suites. A large, two-story guest house includes a gym and recording studio.

Representatives for Diddy and listing agent Kurt Rappaport did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

On March 25, Department of Homeland Security (HSI) agents searched the 16,000-square-foot home (and another property on Star Island, Florida) as part of an ongoing investigation. Video surveillance cameras captured two of his sons being arrested by officers in tactical gear.

HSI confirmed the raids on Diddy’s homes in Holmby Hills and Star Island in a statement obtained by Fox News Digital, saying, “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York took police action as part of an ongoing investigation with the assistance of HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide more information as it becomes available.”

A day later, Diddy protested his innocence and denied the “baseless allegations” made against him when he spoke publicly for the first time in a statement released by his lawyer Aaron Dyer.

“Yesterday, there was a massive use of military force when search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive use of force and hostility by authorities or the way his children and associates were treated. Mr. Combs was never arrested, but spoke to and cooperated with authorities,” Dyer said. “Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor his family members were arrested, nor were their travel restrictions in any way.”

“This unprecedented ambush – coupled with an advanced, coordinated media presence – leads to a hasty conviction of Mr. Combs and is nothing less than a witch hunt based on baseless allegations in civil proceedings,” he added.
