Bayer delegation travels to the USA with three trophies

With the championship trophy, DFB Cup and Supercup in their luggage, title holders Bayer Leverkusen will set off on their trophy tour through North America on Wednesday. The Bayer delegation will stop at the company’s North American headquarters in New Jersey and visit the Bundesliga International Americas Office at Union Square in New York City. The delegation includes Fernando Carro, CEO, and honorary captain Jens Nowotny.

Bayer Leverkusen’s exceptionally successful past season is intended to keep the club and the Bundesliga interested in North America. “We want to share what we have achieved with the Bayer 04 family and our Bayer colleagues around the world. At the same time, we see ourselves as ambassadors for the Bundesliga on this tour to North America. “We want to help increase visibility and attention in one of the most important foreign markets for our domestic league,” explained Carro.
