ROCK ANTENNE brings the NFL back exclusively to the radio

The NFL is going into the next round and ROCK ANTENNE will also be part of the party in the 2024/2025 season. As the official radio partner of the NFL games on RTL Germany, the rock radio network brings the highlights as well as exciting news and goosebumps moments live from the stadiums to the ROCK ANTENNE program.

Last year, ROCK ANTENNE celebrated its premiere: Rockradio was the first German radio station to broadcast six selected games and the 58th Super Bowl from Las Vegas live on the radio.

This season will once again be a rocking highlight for all football and rock music fans. Yesterday’s season opener saw the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, face the Baltimore Ravens. The opening game was broadcast live from Kansas City this Friday morning at 2:20 a.m. RTL Germany will also be showing at least two live games on Sundays on free TV this NFL season, as well as another party exclusively on RTL+. As the official radio partner of the NFL games on RTL Germany, ROCK ANTENNE brings the football feeling, including the best rock sound, to the community – via the ROCK ANTENNE app, smart speaker or via classic reception methods – such as digital radio DAB+ throughout Germany.

As part of the “ROCK ANTENNE NFL Sunday Special”, ROCK ANTENNE will broadcast five spectacular games live on the radio in the 2024/2025 season. From the historic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London to the legendary Ceasars Superdome in New Orleans – the ROCK ANTENNE team will be there live.

• Sunday, October 20, 2024 – New England Patriots vs. Jacksonville Jaguars, Wembley Stadium, London
• Sunday, November 10, 2024 – New York Giants vs. Carolina Panthers, Allianz Arena, Munich
• Sunday, February 9, 2025 – Super Bowl LIX, Caesars Superdome, New Orleans

In addition to the live broadcasts, the NFL season is also being covered intensively by the editorial team. Every Friday and Monday at 6:15 p.m., the ROCK ANTENNE program offers previews and reviews of the game days with NFL expert David Loebe. In addition, the rock radio is firing on all cylinders musically for the upcoming start of the season. With a “Best Of Stadium Rock”, ROCK ANTENNE will play the greatest anthems in rock history that blare from the loudspeakers in sports stadiums and arenas all over the world on Sunday, September 8th, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
