Belkin expands Qi2 portfolio: New chargers and power banks

The BoostCharge Magnetic Folding Charger, starting at 45 euros, has a foldable stand and supports 15 watts of charging power for MagSafe-compatible iPhones. It offers an adjustable position so that an iPhone can be charged in portrait or landscape format – ideal for the standby function. A second model, starting at 70 euros, also includes a charger for AirPods. The 2-in-1 version is available now, while the single model will be launched later this month.

The BoostCharge 3-in-1 Magnetic Folding Charger for 99 euros has a Qi2 charging pad for the iPhone, a charger for the Apple Watch and a charger for AirPods. It can be used as a pad or folded into a stand and is available now.

Belkin’s BoostCharge Pro Magnetic Wireless Travel Pad costs €119.99 for a 2-in-1 model that can charge the iPhone and Apple Watch, or $129 for a version that also includes a charger for AirPods. The Qi2 charger for the iPhone can be used as a charging pad or folded up as a stand. The Travel Pad will be available in fall 2024.

Belkin also introduced two new BoostCharge power banks, including a $40 10K mAh model with a built-in USB-C cable and a $90 20K mAh version for laptops. The laptop power bank is available now, while the version with a built-in cable will be released in fall 2024.

Qi2 is the new standard for wireless charging. It promises improved efficiency and compatibility for various devices. Belkin relies on Qi2 for future-proof chargers.
