New addition to Gowling WLG

Gowling WLG is once again strengthening its practice in Germany with Nils Kupka. As part of the European growth strategy, the experienced partner is joining the firm’s Frankfurt office and strengthening the dispute resolution team.

Nils Kupka joins the Dispute Resolution team led by Dr. Mathias Wittinghofer. Nils Kupka, who previously worked at Jones Day, advises clients on a wide range of dispute resolution matters with a particular focus on government litigation. He is active in various sectors, including financial services, automotive, technology, engineering and real estate.

With this new addition, which is part of a broader international expansion strategy and growth in Germany, the German practice will now consist of 11 partners and a total of over 30 professionals and business services staff. The Frankfurt office, which opened last year, advises on corporate / M&A, capital markets, financing, real estate, dispute resolution, IP and employment law.
