Review seat allocation today, physical reporting dates and document review plan

The State Common Entrance Test Cell will announce the seat allotment result for Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 counselling today, August 31. Candidates who have registered for the 1st round counselling can download the MBBS and BDS admission results from the official website.

Revised schedule

Seat allocation was originally scheduled for August 30 but has been postponed. In addition, in-person joining, document verification and payment of fees have been postponed to September 1-5.

How and when can I access the results?

Candidates can log in using their registration number and date of birth to access the NEET UG 2024 Round 1 seat allotment results. The revised counselling schedule is as follows: CAP 1 seat allotment result on August 31 and in-person reporting, document verification and payment of fees from September 1 to 5.

Seat matrix

The seat allocation table has been prepared as per Maharashtra state policy, with 10% of seats calculated on the basis of all seats determined by the state quota. According to media reports, the proportion of seats allotted to private institutions is less. The revised provisional seat allocation table was uploaded on the website on August 29, 2024.

EWS reservation

Regarding EWS reservation, 10% of the available seats will be reserved for EWS candidates. For MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BUMS courses, this reservation will be applicable only if the Central Government or the respective Council increases the available seats. For other courses, 10% EWS reservation will be applicable for the available seats.
