Seattle police investigate fatal shooting on Capitol Hill

Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday morning in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

According to the Seattle Fire Department (SFD), at around 8:19 a.m., emergency crews responded to reports of violence near the corner of E Olive St. and 17th Ave. This area is one block north of Trader Joe’s.

San Francisco Fire Department crews confirmed to FOX 13 that the incident was a shooting and that an adult male was found dead upon their arrival.

Seattle Police are investigating. Limited additional information is available at this time.
