Garbage collection schedule adjusted for Labor Day 2024

The City of St. Louis Solid Waste Collection Department would like to remind residents with carts that the garbage collection schedule will be adjusted to accommodate Labor Day on Monday, September 2, 2024. Residents whose carts are normally picked up on Mondays (solid waste) and Thursdays (recycling) will have their garbage picked up on Tuesday, September 3, and their recyclables picked up on Thursday, September 5.

Residents whose carts are normally picked up on Tuesdays (solid waste) and Fridays (recycling) will have their trash picked up on Wednesday, September 4, and their recyclables picked up on Friday, September 6. Yard waste collection will resume on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
