Lil Baby (real name Dominique Jones) was arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, which is a felony in Nevada; however, it is unclear if any charges have been formally filed against him.

The 29-year-old was released from jail on $5,000 bail. His lawyers argue that he had a valid permit for the weapon.

Lil Baby didn’t seem too worried about his legal troubles, as shortly after his release he posted a picture on Instagram of himself relaxing on a private jet with a large wad of cash.

He apparently also blamed alcohol for the incident and wrote: “[tumbler glass emoji] + [baby emoji] = [skull emoji]”, adding: “Vegas 10 Me 0.”

The rapper has now deactivated his Instagram account.

Lil Baby was in Vegas to celebrate James Harden’s 35th birthday. The NBA star hosted a party at the popular nightclub Drai’s, which was also attended by Travis Scott, Chris Brown and Kevin Durant.
