Download electricity bill July 2024 with new due date [Lahore, other cities]

Following the order of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has announced a new extension in the electricity bill payment deadline to provide relief to consumers upset over the higher electricity tariffs.

Announcing the development, a spokesperson for the distribution company stated that the payment deadline for invoices has been extended by 10 days. He said LESCO has extended the payment deadline for the invoices by 10 days in July and no late payment surcharge will be imposed on customers.

Last week, Prime Minister Shehbaz had ordered to extend the payment term of electricity bills by 10 days. In this connection, the power department has also issued a notification to all electricity distribution companies.

The relief will be granted by invoice for July and August 2024.

LESCO provides services in five major regions of Punjab province: Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Okara and Nankana, so all consumers in this jurisdiction can benefit from the extension.

He said LESCO had extended the deadline for payment of July bills by 10 days. He also said that with this extension, the penalties imposed on consumers had been waived.

The Lesco customers in Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura and Nankaka can get their electricity bills from the official website of Lesco. How to download the bill:
