“I know it won’t happen until next year”

Jeremy Allen White discusses when The bear Filming for season 4 begins.

In a new interview, White was asked when he expected to start filming the new season of the FX comedy-drama series, and he clarified the question.

“I’m not sure exactly when. I know it won’t be until next year. I imagine sometime early next year, a similar launch date to the last few years: February/March,” said White Esquire UK.

The bear Season 3 consists of ten episodes, all of which will be released on Hulu on June 24th.

White reprised the role of Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto in the third season, accompanied by Ayo Edebiri and Ebon Moss-Bachrach. The series also starred Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas and Matty Matheson, with Oliver Platt and Molly Gordon in recurring roles.

During the premiere of the series’ third season, White said his character would continue to make the same mistakes.

“He never seems to be able to properly apologize,” said White Deadline during the show’s premiere at the El Capitan Theater. “You see Carmy making some similar mistakes this year. When he leaves the walk-in, he feels like he’s let everyone down. He’s full of guilt and shame.”

To get an idea of what Carmy will be like in Season 3, White said his character will be similar to “the Carmy you saw after the episode ‘Review’ in the first season, where I think he embarrassed himself with the way he treated everyone.”

White continued, “Instead of facing it, trying to process it and apologize, I think he buries himself back in his work and pushes himself and everyone else around him because he thinks that’s what they want or what they might need.”
