Halloween fans, rejoice – the time to stock up is getting closer and closer.

With Halloween seemingly coming earlier every year, many shoppers have likely seen orange and black decorations popping up in stores as early as July. While some lamented the early release, sales figures show that even more people are excited to see the products, even when temperatures are still above 90 degrees.

But companies tend to wait a little longer for the expensive items. We’re talking giant skeletons, licensed cult horror figures and fancy animatronics.

For those who can’t wait to get their hands on new collections, there’s reason to celebrate this week: Not only is Lowe’s expected to have fully launched its Haunted Harbor line in stores and online, but there are more yet-to-be-released items on the way.

Looking to add new items to your cart? Here’s what we know about Lowe’s previously announced line and the new products launching this week.

Highlights of Haunted Harbor

As previously reported in USA TODAY, Lowe’s announced its Halloween collection called “Haunted Harbor” last month.

The collection, which includes all sorts of underwater horror, supernatural characters and, of course, an octopus, hit stores in mid-August and is now available on both the Lowe’s website and in-store.

Items in the line included a 3.5-foot octopus, a 6-foot animatronic sea kelp witch, a 6.5-foot animated evil sea witch queen, a 6.5-foot animated undead diver, a 6.5-foot animatronic zombie fisherman, and a 6-foot animatronic scary captain.

Even more new releases

In addition to the Haunted Harbor collection we’ve already discussed, Lowe’s launched a few other new items online this week, some of which customers may already be seeing in stores.

Additions include some popular spooky (and wacky) elements, including Disney’s Haunted Mansion decor and a new Wednesday and Addams Family line.

Check out the highlights below.

A Dancing Wednesday Addams

The 5′ tall Musical Wednesday Addams Raven Dance Animatronic captures one of Wednesday’s most iconic moments from the 2022 television series.

The life-sized animated figure swings its arms from side to side in a spooky dance move while sultry surf music plays, just like on TV. It is activated by sound or manually.

How to get it: “Wednesday” is available online and in some stores for $249.

Cousin Itt

Another member of the Addams Family makes an appearance this season. This life-sized, 4-foot tall Cousin Itt Musical Animatronic features the character’s signature silky hair, glasses, and top hat.

Cousin Itt plays the Addams Family classic and rocks back and forth to the music.

How to get it: Cousin Itt is available online and in some stores for $199.

Thing book stack

Would it be an Adamms family line without the appearance of Thing?

Specifically inspired by the TV show Wednesday, this Thing sits atop a stack of books just waiting to be placed on your table. The 13-inch Musical Wednesday Thing Bookstack Tabletop Animatronic impatiently taps its finger on the book covers while the show’s voice lines play. Even more hair-raising is the spider that jumps out of the stack to surprise unsuspecting guests.

How to get it: The Thing Bookstack animatronic is sold online and in some stores for $49.98.

Welcome to the Haunted Mansion

Are you a big fan of this attraction, which was even named Walt Disney’s favorite attraction? You can build a haunted house in your home, starting at the entrance.

The Disney The Haunted Mansion 12″ Musical LED Wall Sign can be placed on your front door to welcome guests to your haunted house. The decoration plays an instrumental version of “Grim Grinning Ghosts” and glows with an eerie blue light. Pair it with some of the tombstones from the range and set the mood before guests even reach your threshold.

How to get it: The Welcome Arch is sold online and in some stores for $34.98.

Headless Knight

What screams “haunted house” more clearly than a headless apparition?

The 6′ tall Disney The Haunted Mansion Musical Headless Knight animatronic features the iconic motif of a ghoul holding his own head while terrifying uninvited guests. The decapitated figure’s eyes also glow a menacing green color.

The life-sized cartoon character plays the song “Grim Grinning Ghosts” and sings along, with the knight’s mouth moving in time with the lyrics.

How to get it: The Headless Knight is sold online and in some stores for $299.
