It all started when fans noticed Drake following an IG account titled “Plotttwistttttt,” which led to speculation about upcoming new music.

Drake has been cautious in his choice of music following his feud with Kendrick Lamar. In the months that followed, he collaborated with Sexyy Red, Camila Cabello and Gordo, but has not released any songs in an official capacity and has now deployed a deliberate leak strategy.
