45seconds is looking for the best video clips on the topic of momentum in the creative competition

Berlin, September 25, 2024 – The initiators of the video platform 45seconds.de are once again calling for their Danish video competition for moving image fans. The only requirement: the clips submitted must be exactly 45 seconds long and reflect this year’s theme of “momentum” – the force that keeps an object moving or that keeps an event going after it has begun. Since 2018, 45seconds has been a magnet for creative minds who express their ideas in short, concise videos. The competition is open to everyone. Everyone is invited to let their creativity run free. There is no entry fee and no participation requirements, except that you must be of legal age. The deadline for entries is November 4, 2024. A top-class jury of experts from the media and film industry will evaluate the best entries based on the criteria of originality, creativity and technical implementation to determine the three best videos. Attractive prizes await the winners, which this year are provided by the company MAGIX Software.

The long-standing jury includes the renowned theater director Andrea Hügli from Vienna and the brilliant filmmaker Alexander Stahl from Berlin. The winners will have their works published on the video platform 45seconds.de and can look forward to attractive prizes: The all-in-one software VEGAS PRO from MAGIX, the lighting system EXPERT and the MAGIX Movie Studio 2025 are intended to support the creatives in their further artistic work.

After a two-year pandemic-related break, 45 seconds is back. Now is the time to revive this creative energy. This competition is a heartfelt project, supported by talented designers from lab45 who share their passion for experimental and creative video clips with us.”
