Celebrity News: Hollywood star Halle Berry: “Prince asked me out on a date”

According to the Oscar winner, pop icon Prince once asked Halle Berry in an unusual way whether she wanted to go out with him. “Prince asked me out,” said the 58-year-old on the show hosted by US presenter Jimmy Kimmel (56). According to reports, she was at one of the musician’s concerts in Los Angeles.

According to Berry’s account, Prince sent someone to her with a note that said, “Do you like me? Yes or no?” She checked “yes.” A short time later, another note arrived: “Would you date me?” She kept that note. Kimmel asked jokingly, “Can I have it?”

Prince died in April 2016. The musician, born Prince Roger Nelson in 1958, rose to world fame with the album “Purple Rain” in 1984.
