Holy Horror Mansion takes the legacy of Yo-kai Watch and takes it to new heights • JPGAMES.DE

Fans had already suspected and hoped that Level-5 was working on a new Yo-kai Watch. The new game is called Holy Horror Mansion. It is inspired by the legacy of Yo-kai Watch and is supposed to revolve around the “largest cross-media project to date” of Level-5.

So you have to start small. The first concept trailer still makes you want more. We meet Ten Lordland, who lives with his family in an apartment at the top of a high-rise building. His grandmother is the landlady and thus introduces the family to quite carefree life.

Except that this skyscraper is also the Access to an underworld There, Ten Landlord finds a camera in a locked room and the adventure begins. He meets little ghosts from whom he learns that he can also be their friend.

Everything is pretty colorful, loud and crazy. At the end, Level-5 makes a little fun of itself. Deadline: Who knows? And as if that wasn’t clear enough, under a “Coming Soon” there is a handwritten note: “Um, maybe not sooo early… wait a little longer, OK?”

Akihiro Hino calls Holy Horror Mansion a Ghost Craft RPG and represents as Main theme of the title “Family” that can be enjoyed by everyone in the company. They are working with top entertainment companies to make Holy Horror Mansion the company’s biggest cross-media project to date.

There will be a “cross-media showcase” in spring 2025, and we expect further details on merchandise and media plans then. If the showcase is not postponed.
