SEC publishes TV schedule and broadcast information for week 6

The SEC has released TV information and broadcast network details for Week 6 games scheduled for October 5.

To start the day, Mizzou will take on Texas A&M at noon ET on ABC. As of this writing, this is an exciting matchup for a number of reasons. Missouri has looked solid to start 2024, and the Tigers are currently ranked No. 11 in the country. But the Aggies have rebounded since their Week 1 home loss to Notre Dame, and Connor Weigman and his team earned the No. 24 ranking in the country after pulling off a dominating 33-20 victory over Florida at the Swamp.

After that game at 3:30 ET on ABC, Auburn travels to Athens to play No. 2 Georgia. At this point, it seems like the Bulldogs are clear favorites on home court and Georgia should take care of things pretty easily as the Tigers have struggled a lot to find an identity.

Ole Miss vs. South Carolina is also scheduled for the 3:30 p.m. ET slot on ESPN. The Gamecocks could make the game interesting, but the Rebels look to be one of the top teams in the country with an offense that is putting up historic numbers.

The afternoon and evening feature some good games, but nothing high-profile. Alabama vs. Vanderbilt begins at 4:15 p.m. ET on the SEC Network, while UCF plays Florida right after at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Tennessee vs. Arkansas is scheduled to be the nationally televised Game of the Week on ABC/ESPN at 7:30 a.m. ET. While the Razorbacks have shown they can beat top teams, the Volunteers look to be one of the top teams in the country after their convincing win over Oklahoma.
