17-year-old charged with murder in Stockton investigation

On Saturday, September 21, detectives and crime scene investigators were seen at a residence on Bowron Road, just off Hills Drive, in Stockton.

This follows the stabbing of “loving father” Lewis Bell in Hills Drive in the early hours of Thursday (September 19). Mr Bell, 26, died at the scene.

Cleveland police were called to Hills Drive around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, where a forensic tent was set up near a property because the area was cordoned off.
